Insurance by instalments?

Featured Replies

Do any of the "mod friendly" insurers offer payment by monthly instalments?

Yes, both Adrian Flux and Chris Knott do. You pay heavily for the privilege though, so if you can afford to pay it in once, it is worth it.

Performance Direct is also very good

Finance through Adrian Flux would have cost my elder son a whopping 39% APR - not mentioned in advance but printed in very small print on the agreement. When I pointed this out to him, he went ballistic and Adrian Flux allowed him to pay by a small number of installments at no extra cost.

Admiral are mod friendly if you're over 25 and offer monthly payments.

Brentacre do it through finsure or something.

It's not brilliant, but tbh, at £57 a month for cover, I'm not complaining too much.

If you have a decent rate on your credit card it'd be cheaper to pay for it with that then pay it off the card monthly. ;)
