Have read that if the brake light switch fails it can do this. Check the brake lights are working.

Look for a broken wire just outside cable entry of starter solenoid connector.

@Alasdair1 Break switch is working properly.
@Breezy_Pete I got starter serviced and tried to start, but it still the same, might be some problem in ECU . Should I open ECU , or generally their wont be a problem. Does blocked DPF cause problem to initiate starter.

If you did not find a broken wire in the location I described then my idea is not correct.

Engine ECUs are incredibly reliable in recent cars. Very, very unlikely to be that.
