I’ve just bought a skoda Octavia 2.0 diesel. 2021

This morning up on the screen was oil sensor faulty visit workshop. !

How is oil sensor changed. Where is it at/placed / location. Is it normal accurance when oil change due.

What mileage should I change oil

in my case car every year told me to change oil sensor, twice I made it, but last time it happend about month after it. I take it to original Skoda garage and they update bcu FW and told me that some early O4 has this bug.

This motor dont have fixed time or mileage for change oil. Car will tell you if wont :), or you can check it in infotainment - car / service.

The light has gone out after two days.

But it’s into garage to be serviced next week anyway

So hopefully all ok.
