That sounds very much like the high pressure fuel pump. When was the last time you cleaned the fuel filter? It sounds like it possibly struggling to exact enough fuel from the fuel filter to pressurise onto the high pressure fuel rail.

I think I did it 4 years ago, I changed every filter last year but forgot the fuel filter ordering it now! Thanks for the advice

I would say an idle pulley... however, you should not expect an exact answer at distance
