Hello

Does anyone know if it is possible to swap a memory chip out of a failed information unit into a replacement part to get around the coding issues?

My unit failed so I have no access to get the VCRN off it to gain FEC SWAP codes to use for the replacement unit.

This is the failed unit in photo, the replacement has the same part number 5Q0035842C

Thank you for any help with this

I'd suggest @pab567 is the man who might know...

I have to disappoint you - it will not work as encryption keys are unique per unit.
