No it won't, Manufacturers will only appoint dealers that can afford the shiny white elephant showrooms that now seem to tbe the norm. They don't care a monkeys about customer service because once you've bought the car you're stuck with it for good or ill.

VW Group Customer Services can be appalling, but that is lots to do with the Contractor they employ.

Then the Executive Team @ Skoda UK are pretty damn poor. If you ever get to a Resolution Manager / Senior Team member. They must unplug their brain & sign out their computer weekly and every issue seems to be unique to them. They are 3 monkeys, or TOMMY. Deaf dumb & selectively blind.

I hope so, they’re a throwback to the stereotypical bad old days of used car sales - tyres starting to perish, Aircon requiring re-gas after a month and, as you say, pressuring customers into leaving good reviews for what is a very poor service.

Really hope karma serves up a good old helping here !
