Masitaly VT7 alloys

Featured Replies

Really love these as they are not too flash but will look spot on fitted to a Fabia.

Like to keep it OE looking & thinking 17's will be adequate.

What do ya think?

Difficult to tell with wheels what they would look like until they are actually fitted to the car but they do look a lot like the Audi TT wheels you see around which do look good but there are a lot of 'em about.

I had a set on my Astra, cracking wheels.

MAs did stop importing wheels for a time, guess they are back.

Would like to see them fitted to a Fab first, but should look good. Anything chunky seems to work well with the shape

Those are advertised on Edition 38 as well. Sadly, 18's are too big for my liking.

I agree with you there. The standard 16" spiders suit the body shape, but I've been tempted by some 17's, but don't like the Octy 17" spiders (plus, I like to be different!).

Go for it

Chunky alloys like that suit the Fabia imo.

Get a photoshop first

Seems you're right.

The UK importers have now gone under!:thumbdwn:

Anybody know where I can get hold of some 17's with 5x100 PCD??

Google brings up

http://www.stsmotorsport.co.uk/masitaly.asp

Seem to have them. :)

That's who I phoned today & told me the good news!

The guy told me that he had sold boat loads of VT7's but the importers were taking so long over the deliveries that many people were asking for their money back. Obviously not good for STS Motorsport. They stopped selling Masitaly alloys & soon after the importers went bust.

I've thought about the 18's that are for sale above, but a) the ride would be too hard for my liking and B) the tyres are £100 a corner!

Auto XS in Milton Keynes got me mine (no longer there but part of Motech group) I had a set of VT5's on order but they took so long I got some VT7's they had in stock (glad I did). They were having importer issues then and stopped selling them shortly after and that was in 2001.

Here's a quick photoshop...

I'm not sure they work that well, but they're not bad, would probably look better on a black car, but I don't know why I think that...

Yeah they suit the Fabia.

But it looks like I'll never have them! :(

:( Not seen another Fabia with them in the NE....

What about the TT 17's 6 spokers. I think these may look good on a Fabia and look similar to above.

You may be able to pick up a set on ebay cheap.

Jon - some 18s available HERE

May be a little bit for the Fab though?

There are a set of 17's on ebay, but they're 4 x 100 PCD.

Might be looking at some alternative 17" alloys & I don't think anybody has fitted these yet. ;)

I'll keep you posted if I go ahead with them.

I do like the 6 spokes but a mate has some fitted to his Bora & I can't possibly have the same wheels as him! :D
