Done my timing belt, checked the torsion value was 1.79, so I set it back to zero, but it was impossible to match zero, but 0.49 is the best that I could do.

The injection starts when it is cold at 5.0, and it reaches full warmth at 3.8, 5.0 which is over the estimated of max 2.0 recommended. Should I be worried?

I dont have vcds but when I did mine 1.9tdibxe I had to loosen top pulley/camshaft bolts and adjust slightly to align locking pins after turning engine over by hand once belt was fitted. When I fitted the belt they all ligned up but after a complete rotation were just slightly out. Didnt have to move it much but I believe its fairly critical.
