Hope everyones doing well.

I am after a bit of advise on my Skoda Rapid 2014 petrol car,

The fuel tank flap is not opening even after pressing the unlock button multiple times and also tried unlocking the car from the central locking inside the car.

Also, when I unlock the car, I couldnt hear any clicking sound from the flap.

Not sure whats the actual problem here. Does anyone experienced this issue and have a solution for me ?

It does sound a lot like the flap opening solenoid has failed - this is not unusual it seems right across the VW Group marques/models/ages, for me "so far so good"!

I'd think that there will be a "how to" available online, to resolve this which normally involves replacing the solenoid assembly.
