Hello!

My mother’s Skoda Octavia 3 (2013) started since 3 weeks ago to not have any sound at all. No radio sound, no Bluetooth sound, nothing. If I scroll the volume button up, the volume bar appears but nothing is happening, it stays on mute, the level doesn’t rise.

Unit broken

My Octavia did this once or twice i just turned key off and restarted. Seemed fine after that.

Software glitch

Maybe just needs a hard reset. So discount the battery for a while.
