Is it true I cannot open messages in WhatsApp due to a battle between Skoda(VWAG) and Apple all

I get is a Siri message saying sorry or words to that effect?

Mine is 2016 MIB 2 but I get this from time to time. Hard reset phone and all is well.

Unless it’s specifically a MIB3 problem

    I will try this but I have a March/April 2023 car so presume a later MIB?

    I have MIB III in a 2020 Superb iv with L&K trim. No issues with WhatsApp and Carplay in the 5 years I've had the car.
