Although I''m not a big fan of the overall look, have to say it looks like you've done a very neat install there :)

Seconded, not my cup of tea, but a mod executed well

looking good... clever hiding place for switch!

What lights/bulbs did you use for it? Are they the cold-cathode tubes?

Thanks Guys,

It's an acquired taste i know but looks awesome at night!

I used cold cathode tubes from Ebuyer, they are 12" PC case tubes, the kit comes with two tubes, wiring, invertor and the switch for £3.52 incl VAT. They are wired into the glovebox light loom so are only on when the lights are switched on but can also be switched off via the switch.

A 'how to' for this would be good for those wanting to have a go at this. A cheap and effective mod

Looks bright! I like the TT pedals btw :)

I did the same in my Fabia, although I attached it to the circuit of the interior light so that when I unlocked the car they came on with the lights and when I started the engine, they dimmed out.

Thanks, Think they are STD in the Octy Vrs :D

Yeh, thats my plan, I couldn't find the wire i wanted (apart from running it from the door/interior light) so found the nearest wire for now :D

Will do when I wire em into the interior light circuit

I wired it from the interior light its self, using a coat hanger to feed the wire there. :)
