I am looking for a dished steering wheel, something around 3" or 4" deep. Anyone know if this sort of thing is still available and if so where from?

All of the Momo stuff is virtually flat. What I am looking to do is bring the wheel back towards the driver. Trouble is, all the wheels I have looked at are set back about the same as the OE one in the car. Might end up going with spacers, but would prefer a dished wheel.
