Just thought I'd share this info: was trying to find the correct spec oil for my vRS recently and found these people...

They're located in Hampshire (conveniently close to me) and sell various items in the Castrol range, including VW spec oils, and the Response brake fluid.

I bought a couple of things from them and was impressed by their friendly, personal service, and their prices were pretty good too, I thought.

Not one of the 3 Halfrauds branches within 20 miles of my home had SLX in stock, pity, because £35 for 4 litres sounds like a good deal.

SLX Longlife II is still VW spec 503 00, which is what my servicing schedule requires.
