Surly you should test drive both cars and THEN make your desidgen?

I would go for the Honda - surly it will out handle the clio ?

In terms of handling I'd say you'd be hard pressed to notice the difference on the road but on a B road blat Integra may have the edge.

Yes thats is what i thought.

The integra's chassis is made with racing and speed in mind is it not?

And the clio is - well just a clio. All be it with "williams" mods....

In the hands of a very capable driver the Integra may have the edge but for the majority of us average drivers i'm sure they would be very similar.

And i have decided that if the Clio isn't the car for me i can just sell it and get something else.

The standard DC5 is a 2litre! It uses the K20A which is the JDM verson of the K20A2 used in the UK CTR producing 220ps. ;)

No! Its a completely different engine, it even spins in the other direction so can't be mated to the fwd gearbox.

Was just going by what it said on the linked site..

Racing DC5- The previous Integra's 1.8 litre engine gets replaced by a more powerful and flexible 2.0 litre i-VTEC unit, Pumping out 220 bhp @ 8000rpm and 206Nm of torque at 7000rpm, slashing its quarter mile time. The increased engine power is contained by the phenomenal force of the Brembo brakes

I read that as an upgrade from the regular Intergra.

ah right, they're talking about Honda changing from a 1.8 in the DC2 to the 2.0 in the DC5, thats why they say 'previous integra'. ;)
