Went in to the dealers this morning - they told me they Horners, in salford Manchester.

Is this the one near Trafford Centre? My mum used to have no end of problems with her Fabia trying to get stuff sorted by them. In the end she started using the Horners in Bury and there service is top notch

Not its not the one near Trafford - its just outside of Manchester City Centre - i think its in partnership with the one in Bury. I know thinks occasionally go wrong - and most people are OK with providing the problem is sorted out to a standard that the customer is happy with. In my case I couldn't have expected more and im very pleased with the way the dealership has resolved this issue.

Would be good if you can post a summary of this thread and your experience with Horners in the dealers review section here - and then its there for others to see in future.

Anyway moral of the story is, I take a quick digi-phone snap under the bonnet and of the bonnet, tailgate and flanks every time it goes in nowadays. Never had to use them in anger but sod's law says that the first I don't, will be the first time I wish I had!!
