It's a Fabia 2.0 of course!

It's actually a born out 1.8 20v though with a turbo, 300BHP and 600NM :)

But seriously, you could put a 2.0i badge on the back of a Fabia WRC and you wouldn't be lying :)

And yes, my mum does have one, and on my reccomendation (cos she didn't like the diesel noise and the 1.4 16v was to weedy)

Hi Cati! It's a small world :)

For those of you who can't see the video, try opening windows media player, then go to the "File" menu, then select open URL and copy and paste the address into that.

Hey my Boss ..

I sent you a private message :D

Does anyone have this video in another format?

I'm lucky enough not to have windows media player or windows :D

I think it only works in these. I tried at work and it tried loading in Real Video player and it didnt work, tried it at home, worked first time in windows med player

Do you know if you can download those clips and use them?

Never mind the problems playing (sorry - I didn't have any!) - stunning bit of video!

Can't help but have asolute respect for rally drivers, his control sliding through some of these bends back onto narrow straights is poetry.

Yes, the WRC car is 4X4, all the WRC cars, regardless of make, are 2 litre turbo 4 X 4's, with somewhere in the region of 300-350 bhp.

Your wrong there matey...the Octavia WRC was only a 1.8 and the Fabia WRC was only 1.8 until 2004... so technically not all are 2 litres :P

Their engines were based on the 1.8 engines, but they were 2 litres. They made the cylinders wider to increase the capacity :)

Are you sure?
