I have and seen loads of pictures with collections of all sorts of Skodas together but this has to be on of the best, excellent shot and setting - BRILLIANT.

I refer you to the nearest copy of Butterworth's, or section 16 of The Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1989. But basically, you can take it from me you're fine - just don't use them at less than 25mph on an unrestricted dual carriageway .
