Way, and indeed hey! Finally got mine (#506) yesterday. I don't know if anything's worth that wait, but it's definitely worth a wait. Looks great; drives great; hell - with all that new leather, it even smells great. If you're one of the many still waiting, bear with it - you won't be disappointed. My wife only took our car in for a service 7 days ago, was told the limited edition VRS may be of interest to her. We picked it up today and wow what a car. Their shoudnt be a problem for dealers to get hold of. My dealer has one theyre using as a demo.

Have been thinking about it for a while, eventually succumbed to temptation after seeing one in the flesh and did the deed & signed the paperwork today, seemingly the last of eight that Ingrams @ Ayr had been allocated, salesman said it would be a 3week delivery, just can't wait.

I was half putting up with it, half annoyed by it, and was only bothered to mention it when they called to see how I was getting on with the new car.

well, took it to the garage this morning, took the mechanic out for a spin (of course the rattle barely showed up ) , and left it in their capable hands, while I disappeared off to work in Postman Pat's van (flamenco red 1.4 TDi Roomster 2)

They've just called to say it was a loose Stabiliser Bar, behind the glovebox, so hopefully I will be rattle-free now (until the next one turns up)

Just the front ones (but the rear ones do have the vRS logos).

I just noticed on my LTD Ed that when the engine is running and you open any door, the door open sign lights up on my dash this is normal i know the problem is the boot lid open sign also lights up at the same time. Surely this is not right any body elses LTD ED do this or my lectrics on the blink already

not happend on mine. only when the boot i open!!

take it back to the dealers. get them to sort it out..

eh - Skoda UK call it the "Special Edition" - has anyone else seen an "SE" that wasn't one of these blue ones ?

There is a SE unsold sitting in the showroom at Prestons in Forest Gate London.Also a very nice 56 plate silver vrs which someone had part exchanged for an SE. I Love my SE but cant see why someone would trade in a 6month old car for basically the same car in a different colour

Basicly if that was me i'd trade in too. Main reasons inc all the extra's but also because it's Met Blue

Will I have the last LE to be registered? I don't get mine until 21st October, so it will be on a 57 plate.

As for the leather, I will be using Gliptone Liquid Leather conditioner on mine, it smells great and will hopefully will make it feel & smell less like the cheap grey vinyl look stuff which passes for leather on even BMW'S, Merc's & Jags these days.

Just picked up my Fabia Special Edition VRS No. 936 from Ingrams at Ayr this afternoon after trading in my Std. 04 Black VRS.

Race Blue is nice, no stutter ( so far - I was crapping it after all the posts about it ), only did about 60miles running about this afternoon, but like the cruise, the CD changer and the new car / leather smell ( either I'm getting fatter or the leather seats seem smaller )...

Need to get a new picture and update my avatar sometime over the weekend.

was meant to collect mine today but bloody insurance never came in the post (sent on Monday first class and Wednesday again first class...apparently), ended up travelling 70miles to pick up the insurance to make sure i'll deffo get the car on Monday.

Not happy, meant to be great weather this weekend, would've been ideal for a runaround.
