I'm not after buyin one, my black one is only 10 months old and is still defo the best colour, plus i've got xennons which i'd have any day over blue paint.

That's fair xenons are a damn good upgrade to the car but I've seen so many black VRSs already on the road. Plus to have leather and cruise control would cost more than a black vrs with xenons surely?

True but i have cruise aswell (and heated seats) and i didn't like the leather so didn't order that. Strangly i've seen more blue vrs' in the last 6 weeks and all other colours conbined! :eek: But i think thats mostly down to hardly ever seeing any vrs' at all!

Yeah tell me about it. I bought my ibiza there. And it took them a whole morning and afternoon to fix a reverse light and sidelight bulb on warranty.

I'm loving my SE vRS. I've had a few head turners, some by people who are driving older vRS' everyone has commented how good it looks and can't believe it only costs

What are you on mate?? :eek: The leather is stunning!! The blue pipe-ing finishes it off v well. Prob the first thing that people comment on when they see her for the first time. Then the colour, then the neat hidden 6disc changer then the ..... I won't go on, don't like rubbing peoples noses in it.

Have just got my car back from repair - the panel covering the electrics to the wing mirrors had come loose and it is now driving even better - I decided to mention(hadn't really bothered me) the stutter thing at 1800 revs or so....and they replaced the EGR gasket -presumably for the smaller 9mm one saying that this now supercedes the previous one as and when necessary - it seems to have got rid of the stutter and improved its drive no end. I must say Capitol at Newport have been brill, right from the start when I was given a courtesy car for 6 weeks whilst waiting for delivery and then flowers on arrival(!) Now I am pleasantly suprised to find the car fully valetted again and a full check completed too.

well, it's taken long enough, but Top Gear have a review of the SE in their latest edition (september, pg 96) which came through my door yesterday.

on the whole positive (13/20) - the downside being a "lack of engine refinement"

there were 4 left un sold when I last checked acouple of days a ago!..
