I am new to this forum. I've got an octavia 1.9 tdi slx, 99reg, 110bhp and it has a power loss problem. It is sluggish in fourth and fifth and I can't go over 90mph/3000revs. It is struggling even on the slightest inclines on motorway. No warning signal on dashboard. After reading some posts on this forum I managed to clean the MAF but still no progress. I would like to have it diagnosed and I wonder if you can help me. Is there any charge for that? I am living in Orpington and I can travel.

I can recommend John Bowles VAG specialist in Dunton Green 01732 450331. I have sent quite a few people there and they have all been happy with his work and prices. I have always bought all my VAG parts from him too which are a lot cheaper than $tealer prices.
