Thought it might be...however, I'm sure if "AutoCar" was slapped all over the review they would give permission with little/no persuasion...

And what's the difference between storing it on a webserver, and e-mailing it to people?

I'm sure they still have copies. You only get as far as 'Excuse me, I...' and one is handed over.

I had a scan somewhere, but in order to be readable it was too big for me to email or upload. Like somebody said, try your dealers, I got one in May 2003.
