Aircon on Fab VR/S

Featured Replies

Not sure about this but can the temp be automatically selected on the dial and will the A/C maintain this?

Also do you get the cooled glovebox and drinks cooler drivers side with the standard spec?

Cheers

D

I think so as the vRS has climate control so if you select a temp it should maintain it.

Not sure i thought all Fabias with aircon had this feature?

As far as I remember, the only Fabia vRS I've seen was without climate. Had AC though.

I dunno but if the dial is indicating temperatures then surely be climate over normal A/C ?

Must admit I am confused now.

Can any Fabia VR/S owners that have standard spec check to see if they have temperature numbers on their temp dial and also see if their glovebox has a blackdial on the inside so you can enable cooling, along with the can cooler on the drivers side.

Just want to see if we have various combinations of spec.

Thanks

Yes, the Fabia vRS has numbers on the temperature dial.. and has glovebox cooler and cubby cooler on the drivers side.. dunno if its actually manual climate control tho.. but recirc and air con have been known to switch themselfs off in my car.

Recirc shuts off whenever you change the air direction dial, and it is manual climate control as it has the temps on the dial, but it's only as accurate as the owner, so it's just AC with a rough guide to the temp you are blowing out in my books.
