Ah, there we differ. I actively want some instruction - at least initially. I've passengered with other amateurs on the track, and thought I could appreciate the good and bad points, but that doesn't mean I could do it myself - I'd quite like someone who knows the track to help me get the best out of it....

I expect they'll teach you a lot of useful things about that particular track, but you won't get a whole lot of chance to practice it. I suppose compared with learner driving lessons it's pretty cheap though...
