Just thought i would show a quick video i took on Saturday when my car was at Interpro of how little smoke there is even though it now produces 327bhp and 411lb torque from a 2.0 PD diesel engine.

Very little soot . . . . but 317bhp and 411lbs torque! :eek: Please tell me you're not running standard gearbox because if it's the same as the FWD version it has a torque limit at 250 ft lbs!

Running standard gearbox but with a Kevlar clutch at the moment. I now need a stronger clutch as the clutch kept slipping before peak power on the last runs so the car is producing more then 327bhp at the moment when everything tuned up. Normally run the car at about 300bhp so the clutch is OK but need to try and find someone that can make me a carbon metallic clutch.

Was looking at SPEC clutchs a few weeks ago. Have you tried them? Their Stage 3 would be suitable.

Want to buy a good Helix clutch for that so you do.

Yep i have looked at Spec. They don`t list one for my car but there is one for the 2.0PD jetta which might be worth looking into.

I'm running one of their Stage 3+ clutch and flywheel setups and I'm happy with it.

Been looking at the clutches on SPECs site. Is the Fabia PD130 clutch a 228mm setup or 220? If I have clutch issues it would appear a stage 3+ from the states would be the cheapest option. Looks like you get change from $1000 for a very decent flywheel and clutch combination.

It is a 4x4 though, which IMHO it needs

PD130 is 240mm with 23 spline. SPEC currently don't have this size.
