just be careful 80K on a police car probarbly equates to 120k on a private one. we dont change gear till the red line, never slow for speed bumps and although money is no object when it comes to repairs the cars need extra looking after. and all police cars have had panel damage at some stage.

having said that i have my old police omega as a track day car got it from the auction

most central and southern forces sell theirs at west oxford motor auctions and they are dirt cheap my 03 omega was
