I would say your best bet is to try ringing a few. Get yourself the dealer list off of the Skoda website.

There is one at Parkside Skoda in Bolton (I was in there this afternoon). Their number is 01204 520538. Address is here (nicked from another thread):

Was in Horners Manchester last week, who had one outside without any plates on. Didn't look closely enough so it could be being prepped for somebody.

Worth a call maybe.

I know the Hayseldens in Doncaster has atleast one

Threre was 2 in Autosales Bilston 2 weeks ago, 1 brand new in the showroom and 1 demo.

Give Adam Kilvert a call on 01902 402222. He sold me my 04 vRS in March, nice chap (for a salesman) ;-)

Try Laser in Harlow, they have a demo one with delivery miles for

FR Pulleyn in York.....number 903 I think sat in the showroom. :D

Farmers were not interested in helping

Funny that

They're a terrible dealer & even lie when they damage your car

Don't give them a penny. :finger:

there are 2 in the rislip dealership and one in the finchley...i no its ages away but there are 3 intotlal around me

theres one in bay horse hereford or there was 2 weeks ago

Parkside in Bolton are good but they're not an authorised dealer, just an authorised service agent. Was in there on Saturday and enquired how he got the SE that is in the showroom and he said it came from a Skoda main agent so I would be looking how many registered keepers it has had. I suspect it may have been pre reg'd at the main agent and then reg'd to Parkside.

I was in Freeborn Southampton yesterday and they are clean out of them and unable to source from other local dealers. Salesperson says Skoda are down to 'the last 40 or so'. I wouldn't be surprised if it were fewer than that to be honest.

They've got a second-hand SE (no.099) in Liverpool dealer, 3.5K miles on it and a screen price of

Second hand? Already? A duffer surely?

There was one in Meadens in the New Forest last week... may have gone now though!

I doubt it. More likely to be one registered by the dealer as a 'demonstrator' (or for one of them to thrash about more like). They've done the same here in Southampton and hope to sell it on for a fair amount once all the 'new' models have gone.

Rainworth got back to me today and they have sourced one with delivery in 2 weeks:thumbup: :D happy days thanks for all the other locations always best to have a back up plan to avoid disapointment.

We pick up our new SE from Rainworth in the morning..

So thats an 06 Octy vRS petrol in blue for me and an 07 Fabia vRS SE for her. Will post pics when mine is shiny enough to be put next to hers ;-)

Paul..

Very nice - matching Skodas!

are they having a joke with the price i no its basically new, but its still second hand!!

skoda really are holding their value at the mo!!

see my post above.

That's exactly what I asked the dealer - why would someone keep a car for only 2 months then get shut? Got two different explanations back off the dealer in return;

1. Owner wasn't pleased with the ride quality.. ..

2. Owner is 'well known' to the dealer & changes his cars like the wind.. must have plenty of cash to burn then.

Wouldn't be surprised if this second hand SE (099) could be had for around

The Fabia isn't holding it's value greatly. At 12,995, the dealer is just pure optimistic.

They'll never sell for that price to a car enthusiast.
