If you try and get there for 9, you'll be queuing on the A43 for at least an hour or more. :P

It is much better to get in early, relax, clean your car, and then wait for Joe Public to arrive. :)

Unless of course you use the back door route in:rolleyes: .................:P

I take it car cleaning facilities are available. Hosepipe or similar?

No back-door action for me thanks! :P :D

You say that....

There was water there last time from memory. It was provided by a tap on the outside of the gents bogs from memory. :) I'm taking a bucket for a quick rinse. Hope to do some proper cleaning tomorrow.

8 "should" be OK, but expect to be queuing on the A43 by then as joe public is allowed in from 9, so really it's best for everyone on the stand to be in advance of this time. :)

I showed my Escort GTi at Ford Fair in 2004 & 2005, there was a photographer set up who takes a picture of everyones car on the way in. Then you can buy prints, T-shirts, mouse mats, clocks, etc. when he shows them in his tent later in the day.

If you go too early, as I did in 2005 he wasn't there yet, so I missed out.

Hmmm, a Silverstone sticker on a 1.1 Kia Picanto which is never likely to see a track, do you really want one?

Do you get the sort of people that would sell collinite wax at trax as I fancy trying some, but dont' fancy mail ordering it due to the postage.

I would imagine so, although I can't be 100% - is there a list on the website of traders who'll be turning up perhaps??

Which Collinite were you interested in anyway?

Steve

Well a mate at work has a Fiat Seiciento with a Nurburgring sticker on it (although to be fair he goes all the time on his motorbike).
