mac67? Why wouldn't you want to show your octy? Its not about a "show and shine" and "mine's more modded than yours" - It's a gathering of the brand, and the more Skodas (and other member's cars - we'll put them at the back ;)) we can get in one place the better. :)

Mines a Fabia VRS, not an Octy and apart from the re-map its totally standard so there's nothing to show really, even the alloys and the paintwork (apart from the recent re-spray on the bonnet) are quite shabby but i wont let that put me off and i'm working out a way to join you all for the day. I hope to contact you soon pal! :thumbup:

i have sat on my drive way a Y reg octavia 4x4 with coil overs, 323mm brembo 4 pot brakes, blueflame exhaust, bigger turbo etc etc etc but sadly what it also has is an exploded gearbox and an engine thats burning oil. but on the plus side i have sat in my garage a 6 gearbox and all parts neccessary to fit it apart from a new clutch plate which is sat next to a low milage engine. sadly though it won't be back together and road legal in time for trax this year but it went the last two years and learnt some other briskodians how to do it, i even won an award from our club organiser last year for my efforts :D

so i shall come along in my humble little mazda, i warn people its not a perfect looking beast with the odd bit of rust and a black primer wing but it has a big exhaust and a sunroof!! Woot!!
