Stoner doing the business again

I agree.....especially considering Italian electrics compared to Japanese electrics.

Seriously though, electrical gizmos are just part of progression and who adapts to technology quickly and well.

At one time, slicks, disc brakes, beam frames, slipper clutches and upside down forks were all seen as unfair advantages.............remember the patent Honda had on the single sided swing arm?

Move with it or get left behind.

Please remember that Ducati are small fry compared to Yamaha and I would imagine Yamaha have far more technological resources to call on, after all they have been in the racing game for a year or two.

Oh and by the way, launch control & traction control are different things..............not sure that there is such a thing as anti wheelie on a race bike (is there).

The Official MotoGP Website

Please use the above link to see a direct comparison between Rossi & Stoner so far this year.

It's the difference between reality and wishful thinking:P :P

Rossi domination is well and truly over, not because he's had it, but because equal or better riders are now coming through.

Sorry but i have to say this.............utter PISH!!! The Motogp Championship isnt about being on equal machinery, i know that, but.....IF say there was to be such a Championship where there WAS equal machinery, tyres etc etc, Rossi WOULD indeed wipe the floor with them race after race after race after race. All i'm getting at is the fact that u think there are equal riders to him at the moment. Theres no doubt Casey has unimaginal skill, he just aint in Rossi's league yet.

All just in your opinion of course.

Lance

All just in your opinion of course.

Lance

Of course:) But i also made a mistake in my previous comment, i meant equal tyres, not equal machinery:thumbup:

:iagree: - When Vale is the only Michelin rider in the top 10 finishers and HRC are on Michelins you have to think that he's doing something that others just can't.

The same argument I used for years about Michael Schumacher and the Ferraris; his performance was demonstrably transcending that which the car was capable of.

I am actually writing this from a hotel in Italy (Sorrento), and am actually amazed that any of the Italian riders made it to the GPs..............they must have some extra sense or skill just to survive the manic driving/riding over here. I,ve driven throughout much of europe........however this is by far the worst driving I have come across!!

Unfair advantage me thinks.:)
