improving handling?

Going up to 225s if you haven't already. Oh and they're also cheaper than the standard 205s. Or fit an rear ARB, or uprated dampers, or stiffer springs.

It really depends on exactly what you're trying to do.

no, i'm being serious, the rear springs being too stiff is why it skips about a lot.

So softening off the back end improves rear grip, without increasing rear roll stiffness, which will not help wet handling!!

there's allways a compromise, but imho most modern european cars have rear springs that are far too stiff, but then they are designed to carry 4 passengers and a boot full of shopping... the rear springs in the fabia are far too stiff, and the koni ones i have on mine noe just take the ****
