Got my black superb done last year for

Thats a stunning looking superb!!

Also have to agree with the above, I wouldn't go darker than a medium on the back.

Yep, definately not going to go darker than medium.

That Superb looks...erm....Superb ! :D

The place where I had mine done had 35%, 70% and 100% tint. The ones fitted to my Superb are the 35% (i.e the lightest of the 3). Took about 4hrs to complete, but was a brilliant job and at

I got the fronts done in the lightest film they had, b-pillar back is meduim, and the back window is done dark.

Hopefully it's looking quite subtle.

Any comments ? :)

Cheers guys.

Am very happy with the outcome. :D

Did you end up going with Magma?

I'm guessing having their logo in the tint is optional!

Could you also confirm the price(P.M me if you prefer) and how long it took them?

What sort of notice did you have to give them to book it in and what the quality like?

Obviously you're happy with the finish but not sure what sort of warranty the give with their work.

Looks top notch by the way, I think I'll need to speak to them and maybe have a look at the tint samples before commiting to buy.

should have gone with Blinds......

Where did you get your blinds from?

Good stuff.

Got mine booked in for next wednesday afternoon.

Still not 100% on what i'm getting done.

At the moment i've 90% decided on

Light - Front

Medium - B pillar back.

Part of me says to go light at the front, medium at the back, and then dark on the rear window

What you think ?

That's how mine is - Fronts are 50%, rear doors are 35%, rear windows are 20%

That sound about right tbh.

just visited another compnay who will do the full lot for 180

just need the money now lol

Tempted to get the rears on my Fabia done.

But would the constant moisture on the rear windows affect them?

the tints go on the onside surface. do you have a leaky seal letting moisture in?

That sounds cheap, but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

I would want to see some of their work first, as cheaper tints tend to bubble, and peel off after a while.

I didn't get a choice, mine were already tinted lol

i have seen their work. they have a good rep with the car clubs up this way. plus i had a good look at the cars that were out front that they had done. and the one they were working on too.

  • 4 weeks later...

Anyone on here with a red Fabia vRS with tints? i'm sure there will be.

was speaking to the guy who owns Magma this morning about other things and i mentioned the thought of gettign my Fabia done, only thing is i'm unsure how dark to go, he suggested 20% on the back doors and rear window, i think thats perhaps a bit dark for a red car so i'm think either 35% or 50% all round.

thoughts/pics? post them up.
