Forge vs Baileys hmm?

Featured Replies

Right guys im getting mixed messages regarding Dv's

The forge 007p apparent sounds better with CAI however the Baileys spools quicker and holds boost longer.

Are those facts correct and what are you running?

I would have done a vote thread but dont know how to do them lol

Have your say on what im sure has passed through every vrs owners mind before.

both good valves . both the same internally so spool time is the same , no difference , Briskoda guys get 10 % discount

Forge give excellent support and provide servicing kits FOC.

The valves are pretty much identical in performance but I'd choose Forge everytime due to their warranty and excellent aftersales service.

I like Baileys, but prefer it without ice.

Ive got a DV30 but only because it came for nothing when i got my exhaust. i was about to buy the 007 though

baileys have been around for ages though

I have a Bailey and have had no problems with it after nearly three years.

That said I don't think there's a lot to choose between them. I think the Forge ones are available in nice olours :D

yes just mention BRISKODA when you call or e mail on line .

our price is

so basically is 95 with discount and postage.

cheers but seen it cheaper. how come the manufacturer sells it more expensive than retailers?

Dealers will have a trade price and an RRP, what they choose to sell it at between that point is their concern.

Forge sell at RRP.

....and if the manufacturer started undercutting it's dealers it wouldn't go down particularly well and as the dealers are their best customers they won't want to upset them.

And most retailers get huffy when manufacturers sell direct and undercut them... :)

You're still buying their product so I doubt they'll be that upset.
