Taken from the covering letter "Your extensive cover will include assistance at the roadside, at home, recovery to any UK destination, onward travel and assistance in Europe from our English-speaking incident managers", plus other things in the accompanying booklet like accident recovery of vehicle with onward travel etc.

Or so I thought. I went to the RAC site, registered WITHOUT having to give any financial info away, and just received a confirmation e-mail saying that I now have 3 months roadside assistance.....FREE.

My 3 year skoda warranty and breakdown cover also expires tomorrow, and I WAS starting to panic about getting sufficient cover, well I can breath easy again for 3 months. Cheers RAC:thumbup:

Thanks for the reminder , just went onto the RAC link and got 3 months cover free. Will not be renewing my skoda assistance as i have Free AA membership with my LLoyds TSB account , so i am now covered with 2 orgs . The RAC ONE REQUIRES NO DETAILS OTHER THAN AN EMEAIL AND ADDRESSE . gOOD IDEA .
