What a pain in the backside for you. Can't abide when people are like this with car sales. As you say - they should have increased the reserve if they didn't want to sell it for that, that's kinda what the reserve is there for!

Hope it sorts itself out mate. Just remember, there'll always be another one out there. As Alex said I would be very careful about everything else involved in the sale, if they're going to act like this. If it is a genuine problem, then they'd be willing to forward you pictures I think.
