is this a vrs

Featured Replies

Yeah, looks about right. Had side airbags fitted as an option and no jumbo pack, so no centre armrest, rear electric windows or climate control.

Edit :- Like the RS6 Alloys.

I heard that they had one.

Bl00dy expensive though.

not to sure about the wheels or the colour

or the red stripes

The wheels aren't standard they are off the Audi RS6. The red stripe might be for advertising as its ex demo. With regards to the colour, there have been the odd (IIRC 3) white Octy II vRS slipping through the net and arriving in the UK, hence VRSTU saying he'd heard they had one.

doesn't look good in white

too conservative

My word! that's expensive

have just seen my first new model VRS estate over here in dublin.....have to say it looks well good.....looked a big motor though!!.....it was in silver and on an 07 plate:)

k:)

completely genuine - have seen it many times at the dealers and spoken to them about it a few times.

it got specced up for the police, who then decided they didn't want it, and the guys from West End snapped it up as soon as they saw it on the Skoda system.

Looks great in the metal, though I'm not too keen on the stripes either. (as mentioned here: http://www.briskoda.net/forums/new-octavia/white-vrs/76433/5/#post960700)

It was Keith (KTP) that did those decals.

I actually quite like them but it's all down to personal preference!

It was Keith (KTP) that did those decals.

does that mean he's the "friendly screenwriter" that West End mentioned to me could do an "SE" sticker for my Fabia when I bought it ?

most probably ;)

Just tell him my usual commission rate applies :D
