Market for second hand springs?

Featured Replies

Gettin my new springs thursday, just wondered if anybody would buy my old standard ones on ebay?

Same with my clutch, got a standard clutch that would be fine in a standard car, only done 26,000 miles.

Is there a market for these items?

There might be, pay your £12 and you can advertise them here.

You'll be in the best place to attract other Skoda owners and you'll get toher benifits too

Do i get a Briskoda sticker with that?! :)

Problem is the only car the vRS springs are sutable for is a vRS and they have them as standard.

Much like the 288mm brakes of which I have two sets of, not much use really.

If someone is selling up and has sold the standard parts you may get a sale if they want to go back to standard ;)

I always sold my standard parts on but then when I sold my cars I could not get any money back for the upgraded parts as I had sold the standard items

Yep £12 for freedom and yes you would get a sticker. Bargain eh.

Id pay £12 just for the sticker! he he!

Would the VRS standard springs not go on the other fabias as an Upgrade for them?

Nope - they are only for the vRS, just not suited for the others :)

OK, i may hang on to them then. I may want to put it back to standard when i come to sell it again. Thanks for your input guys

Keeping them is the better option I think.
