On the subject of the BMC CDA-Box I have been advised not to change the standard RS air filter as the power increase is not that great with the BMC CDA-Box?

Any thoughts on this?

it's a tied issue, some say, it increases response and some hp, and more grunt and DV sound. others say, no more hp, will destroy your MAF and DV sound WILL NOT increase..

I know 3 RS here in sweden that runs on CDA-box, one (1) of them have removed it becouse he wasnt happy (didnt meet his expectations) with it.
