Any idea what the recovery rate is of vehicles advertised on your db?

Chris

I will look through and see how many have been updated as recovered. I do depend on people doing this themselves though

Very , very low I'd imagine

four scrabble letters, ones a vowel.

"Four" vehicles recovered? thats better than none I suppose.

Craig, if you're going to use Briskoda to advertise your website (and 6 of your 7 posts are about it), the least you could do is to add a reciprocal link on yours under links/car forums.

Wow , a whole 550 cars.

That's pathetic.

I notice they don't say how many they have helped to recover.

This whole site is a waste of time. Does anyone log on and remember stolen cars from their area and then actually look for them?

I doubt it.

If someone can send me a banner I will happily post it on the site.

As for it being a waste of time, it is better than nothing, as I get a million hits a year, seems like someone logs on. Its about raising awareness of a huge problem really. Why bother making a negative comment about someone doing a good cause?

Well since you're advertising maybe you could pay the £12 freedom fee as lets be honest brisky generates a lot of google hits for any site mentioned on here.

If you PM somebody in red, like NeoVR or ncarring, I'm sure one of them will be able to provide you a banner.

I have to agree here. This is advertising and I think it's only fair that you help Col with his site if your using it to get people to yours.

It's only £12 - Do it.

If I was advertising something for sale, I would agree. I run a community site, that helps people out, and dose not make money off it. I put these detail son over 100 other car forums, and NONE of them ask for money, as they realise what I do. If the mods want to take this off, so be it.

I have offered to have a banner on my site, and I offer this to ALL the other forums aswell

Craig

So contact a mod, say the one on this thread who suggested you link to us on 1st October last year and actually do something about it.

Actions speak louder than words, especially when you keep saying the same.

I have. You seem to be getting a bit bend outa shape over something so simple..chill out a bit

I will raise this with those that need to know Craig.

Best of luck with the website, it's a great idea and if it's ok with you I'll add a link from my websites when I next do an update.
