When does the end of the current quarter end. when do we get our vouchers? i thought 1 October was the start of the new quarter but there is nothing on the site to say if this is the case or not or when we expect them to send out the vouchers.

I recently got a gift delivered which I reserved in June. I think the period ended on the end of August, which would make the next period start at September.

thats strange then my points have been adding up since may and ive still not received any vouchers or had any confirmation of when the qualifiying period starts/end?

Drivers club is **** :( I lost my plus points and the call centre was useless.

Can only agree. Will just put some effort into getting the points owed credited and then it can swivel. Having the new Shell Mastercard from CITI seems to be much better value in gaining benefits......3% on Shell fuel purchase and 1% on everything else.

i might apply and use it for 2 months (to get the 5p per litre back) then just use it as a fuel only card.

Hmmm lost 600 points online but still have correct points on the phone line???? according to the site and phone line we should be getting our statements anyday, looks like January will be the next, lets hope they get the rewards out soon as i have loads.
