No worries Ric - thought it went fairly smoothly.

Always the way really isn't it, with people's results. But at least then you've got an idea of how your car's performing :)

Steve

Poor Sharky looked gutted!!!

He may well be on the phone on Monday!!

Any one got any results.

They'll be up on the Awesome site soon Des, but probably next week now.

But I came out with a 170(fly) and 300lb/ft result.

What did you get :D

I was hoping for around 190-195bhp for mine but got a little surprise

213bhp & 212lb/ft

roll on when i finally get it remapped.

here's my results...

I expected 170bhp... I got 157bhp.. and 279 lbs/ft

nice graph though... good constsnt power... 150bhp ish from 2.5k to 4.5k ....

drives well.... 70f temp, and BP ultimate ...

still, wanted 170bhp..... gonna call nige and see what the crack is ;)

edit: thanks to Steve for organising the day... was fun

thanks steve,it was a great day,the evo slayer fabia which is standard in the engine department for the moment managed 143bhp at the wheels,156 at the fly and 270ft lbs of torques so well happy considering it was on a par with the dragon box fabia's,and ahead of the other standard furby's,it also ran sharkriders femapped fiat close, that will teach you to brag before the figures are in;)

bloody good results for you though, had to be the most powerful "standard" fabia there

the figures took me completly by suprise i was hoping for 140 at the fly:D

FWIW I got 156bhp in my standard Fabia at an independant rolling road too! :)

I really would say that looked mapped... the curve is almost identical to mine!

you should see about getting some VAGcom logs of boost... no way is that on std boost pressure, its even got a torque spike at 2k

the mapped ones made about 170 and a little more torque,i swear its standard,i think the look on my face said it all,if i had paid for a re map and only got that i would have looked like sharky:P

sorry mate:thumbup:

So you going to change your sig now :P

looks like I'll have to! I may wait until I can see if I can drag Nige from angel out to my house, and turn it up a bit, so I can change my sig to 180 ;)

you said you wern't the first owner... was it a demonstrator? they've been known to map demonstrators before ... :D

*sharky adds some descent ...... (cause he'sstill ****ed off... lol.. )

no i am the first and only owner of this car,it's as it left the factory, tho if anyone with vagcom is local i would like to see if there is anything going on!!!

The plot thickens :rubchin: ;)

We could have had VAG-COM running during the runs actually. Then again, we didn't know it would hit those kind of figures!

Turn up at the next meet Mr Evo Slayer and we'll have a drive round with VAG-COM plugged in
