:rofl:clasic learn the hard way kid:rofl:

i was taught not to play with matches the hard way, certainly found out how they burnt twice!!

undo 1 clamp, pull off backbox, shake about and put back on,job done

thats no fun....

So, did you manage to finally get it out, loz?

The suspenders are killing me :)

put a short 90 degree bend then heat the end of a metal coat hanger , then pierce the plastic object , allow coat hanger to cool , then attempt to pull out offending item

I don't know if that will work re problem to be solved, but sounds excellent in principle.

A simple solution with little effort and no bad consequence if unsuccessful. *Add to handy tips part of brain* :)

Mo

probably too late as I have just come on line however here goes...

If the offending item is not too wedged try the following

with the vacuum idea, cut a piece of hose pipe long enough to touch the rolling pin then at one end of the hose wrap masking tape or similar on one end enough to wedge in the vacuum. Turn on and hey presto increased suction. It also a graet addition to getting to all those awkward places when vacuuming the cat..sorry car.

Used it the RAF to get spent rivets out of little holes..waiting for the replies on that one.

Good Luck

Is there an outcome yet?

Stick that in your pipe and smoke it

At last some common sense:rofl:

It should be a lot easier than lifting the car up vertically and shaking it about:eek:

Would this be guaranteed to work with spent euros?

lol, I remember once someone sticking a plastic bottle up someone elses exhaust and when they turned it on it came flying out. So funny! lol

Cheers folks.

The 'cannon' approach worked:thumbup: Start car,rev to kingdom come.

Kids were nearly up for sale on e bay (funny how they both accuse each other:rolleyes:)

Thanks again

No more exhaust sized toys for christmas then

Some practical joker shoved two potatos up the exhaust of my Dads old Vectra years back. I noticed the one that was at the tip before I started it, but didn't notice the one further back. I started the car - sounded horrible. So I gave it some beans - bang! I noticed a cyclist about 60 metres back the road swerve as a potato exploded on the road in front of him!
