Im suitably impressed with the outcome!

What car did they come off, if you dont mind me asking?

They are Fabia Vrs Spare wheels.

Looks awful but will surprise a few :)

Needs a clean mate :-)

Looks good though.

aren't they limited?

Stick a 1.2 badge on the back for maximum effect!

Limited? To what?

The reason for it been so mucky is that i travel 70 miles a day to work, and it was hoofing down with rair this morning!

Well i have seen a full size spare steel wheel on KTP's vrs and with the yellow sticker on them, think limited to 50mph

I like the look of that (its not a very good look but it does achieve a sleeper look!)

I just dragged my spare out the boot and there is dirty great yellow sticker all way round limiting to 50mph, with a tyre thats good for 165?

Doesn't make sense

Yeah....maybe to cover there ****'s?

Dunno.....I did over that and they seem ok at the mo!

I think this has been covered a while back and the reason was that directional tyres could be fitted to a spare wheel which would mean it had a 50% chance of being a spare with the tyre direction being incorrect. To cover themselves, they slapped on a speed restriction sticker. The wheel itself is fine and so long as the tyres are all running in the right direction, they'll be fine.

Either that, or they had a batch of 50mph stickers to use up as none of the cars came with skinny spares!

HAHA!

Possibly Chris!

Its got Directionals on, so i cant see a problem there!

I don`t get it.

It`s like putting your Mums slippers on a naked supermodel..

Nice (in a 'why?' kind way for me too! ;) )

Been very fond of my Proxeses - just about to replace my second set on the front, and will need to do the rears at the same time I think. May change to P Zero Neros next time, 'cos they're only a few pence more from the place I get them, and as fatherhood is imminent I feel a bit old for V-treaded tyres!

Why?...Why not!

Why?...Why not!

No, I know! Just not my kinda thing. Although to be fair, I must be pretty choosy as I don't often like the look of other people's aftermarket alloys. It's not you, it's me... ;):D
