New Lady vRS owner

Featured Replies

Did anyone see the Lady who won the Yellow vRS as a prize on Saturday Night takeaway programme, the Ant & Dec one. She also won a lot of other prizes but I was pleasantly surprised to see the Skud.

Can't abide the show so didn't see it, but the Skoda's much

better than the naff Daewoos they give away on Family

Fortunes... :D

But, being an anorak......

The prize was advertised products between some program in the last week.

As far as I know, only the Superb is being advertised on TV at the moment?

Also, the two "car" prizes on the scoreboard were a "12,000pound car" and an "18,000pound car"... neither of which ties in to the RS. The 18k car might have been a Superb?

Sorry, the things that go around my head sometimes....

It was definitely a Yellow vRS, as they showed it near the start of the show, I did wonder about the prices on the scoreboard.

Maybe they'd put optional extras on it?

Clutching at straws is what I do best...

Yip I noticed it also it was definetly a yellow RS and the other car was like a Merc I think but I also couldn't think of a current ad with it on at the moment.

oh yes, it was definately a Yellow RS, hence my confusion.

I thought the other car was something korean?

Daewoos will never win any prizes for styling or street cred but they are functional and reliable, well at least my wife's is :D :D :D

She wanted a small(ish) 5 door hatch with auto transmission.............so that'll be the Daewoo !!

Paul

Well, I'm not saying Daewoo's are bad - they certainly serve a purpose, and are mostly based on

old cars like the Astra...

Would be rather miffed to win one on a gameshow though! :D
