2002 150 pd golf with 40k loved it but it was a bit numb

Car Number 2, and still have it now (I was lazy and didn't get my license till 24, I'm 25). My 1.4 16v elegance.. I've photoshopped it just a lil.. lowered and bigger wheels.

I love photoshop! I do wanna do this, prob using octavia elegance wheels to keeep this look, or some audi OEM's cuz they look kinda similar.. I do like my wheels but they're so tiny at 14"

My previous car was an MGF

Lovely mid-engined, rear wheel drive, 2-seater convertible. Only had 120bhp and a 1.8L engine, but it sat low and felt fast when the wind was whistling round your ears! Also, there was no traction control/stability control/ABS - much fun was had when it snowed in the work carpark!

Amazing little car, best fun I've ever had driving, especially in the summer along the dry country roads.

Unfortunately after over 2 years of trouble-free motoring I found that it seems to aquaplane far too easily! :thumbdwn: Was doing 55-60Mph on a straight bit of motorway, tread was good on the tyres, no one else was involved! :( Admittedly it was ****ing it down at the time, and the Police blamed it on 'Standing Water'.

1. A 1993 L Reg Nissan Micra 'Dot' 1.0l. Fanny magnet.

2. A 1996 N Reg Nissan Almera SLX 1.6. Slightly roomier fanny magnet.

Surprisingly, I never had any desire to take photos of my first two cars.

Dinny miss it at all.

Every time i used it cost me 1,000's.

In 1999 I had a white H reg Ford Fiesta xr2i kept for 6 months when I was given a company car :(

Then in 2001 I bought a blue Y reg Citroen Saxo VTR and kept it for a year

1st September 2002 I picked up a Milano Red Honda Civic Type R

Due to an 80 mile round trip for work I got a brand new Black 54 reg Skoda Fabia vRS on the 9th Feb 2005 and run both the CTR and vRS untill very recenlty when I sold the Civic.

Have also had several company cars in between

1. 1985 Vauxhall Nova 993cc 2 door coupe (aka saloon) - bought at 65k miles, ran faultlessly to 120k miles when I traded it in, in 1998 for...

2. A new Peugeot 106 Zest 3. Bought on finance, spent total of £5000 in 18 months towards it, then gave it back, got a loan and bought....

3. 1992 Honda delSol SiR - 170bhp JDM model Loved this car - including fantastic electric roof... but went and bought a house, so sold it to my dad and downgraded to...

4. 18 month old Ford KA, which I shared with SWMBO... then got bored with it and sold it to the in-laws before buying a shiny brand new

5. 55 Plate Fabia vRS, which is now for sale as we bought

6. A Seat Arosa 1.4, leaving room for something impractical, which is TBC.....
