Davy don't worry about it, You want to hear mine, just broke 8k tonight, And they've always been noisy. I've just learned to live with it. And FFS dont pop into KF they'll condemn the lot and try and sell you new disks and pads. What did your dad think of the spitter?

Car still doing i, even putting 20-30 miles on the clock today, had a look at the discs this morning (when cold) learnt the hard way in my young days not t touch a brake disc! and they feel ok.

My dad quite liked the splitter, defo something skoda should have done from the start with the vrs.

Tell me about KF, I went to another so called place and they charged me £186 for new discs and pads for a 1.0 micra!

I had my rear pads replaced at 33,000 miles on my vRS.....

Crikey. Do you drive it heavily loaded?

I' going to try and live with it till friday and maybe pop it over to Kwik fit if I can get a day off and see if they can have a week look, car stops well tried slowing in a ermergency and seem to pull to a stop quite well, just the fact myself and SWMBO are going away for a weekend next week.

Davy

Kwikfit are ****e, and know FADS. Just drop the wheels off and look if you are concerned, or visit a stealer. TBH, it sounds normal. Mine's done it since I bought it with 12k, and it's been serviced twice since.

K guys - sorry for sounding ignorant as hell here but what the hell is SWMBO? I'm seeing it a lot lately...
