Hi all

I am looking for a CAT back system for my Octavia VRS mk1.

Can anyone give me their opinions regarding:

* Sound

* Price

* Performance

* Ease of fitting

* Quality of materials

Any opinions/advice greatly received.

im looking at getting a cat-back too.

want a quietish standardish looking one.

blueflame looks quite similar to standard oblong tailpipe.....

wanna keep the car subtle so i can sneak around in the shadows scaring badgers and such like.

ill do a search for badgerstealthly exhausts.

I spoke to Jason about his milltek system but cant afford the whole system unfortunately

I've got a piccie of the blueflame fitted to my last car, also have a couple of sound clips of it.

(it is the whole system, not just the cat back) bought from blueflames ebay shop.

They can now, but I've not seen any releases from Piper about the vRS system, unless I binned it LOL

I've got a full blueflame, i think it's fine.

But it doesn't sit straight at the back.

It was on the car when i bought it, otherwise, i would probably have gone for a Milltek, but considering how cheap the Blueflame is, it cant be ignored.

Blue Flame is very well priced! The only problem is, is that they sell it very cheap as well to the public, which makes it hard for trade people to be able to sell them.

some people think this is a good thing. I do not.

that exhaust on the clip sounds nice matt. that system looks quite nice. i think the turbo downpipe is quite expensive as you can get de cat pipes for 100 quid delivered.

Whats wrong with blueflame?

If it were me, I'd go with the Milltek. Like the look, sound and quality of their stuff.
