I considered powder coating my vRS alloys white before I got the TT Comps.

Post up some pics when you get them fitted.

I dont think these will be too bad tbh. the finish is so glossy and smooth the brake dust wont stick. Well if i keep telling myself that ill be fine

Damn, can't view the pics on my work computer but I'm sure from the comments they look feckin sweet. I may even have to finish early so I can get home and check them out.

Will do, i have to wait two days before they fit tyres to them :( they are still abit soft as they only came out of the kiln this morning :D

There's a black Corsa owned by one of our neighbours and that has white wheels and it actually looks quite good.....tasteful in a way. IMO, you need light coloured wheels on a black/ dark car. Either a bright silver or even a chrome would look good too, and you don't see many cars with white wheels so it'll be a bit different too.

You could've always gone for 20" spinners though mate....would've been very pimp. :D

lmao, they wouldnt last long on the car park at work. theyd get TWOCd :D

I think the wheels have a strong rally look to them now. abit like some of the compomotive competition wheels :D

I'm looking forward to seeing them on the car. Will look nice I think. Plus, out of all the black vRS's around the area, yours will be easy to spot. :D

Skudmissile how much did did you pay, if it's not a secret?:D

The price is quite cheap, 120 quid for 4 wheels. That includes acid dip, bead blast, coating and baking.

Was gonna say, £10 for a Halfrauds rattle can and the use of a hairdryer to make them set. :D

I refurbed my own alloys on my last BMW. They were manky anyway so I thought sod it, and had a go:
