Please tell me it's not always this bad!

We have a 1 year used car warranty if brought from a dealer on some cars has yours not got this.

Whilst I sympathise with your first experience of Skoda I do object to new members coming on here and venting their frustrations in an area reserved for introducing yourself and generally saying 'hello'. The Briskoda community is a wealth of information and whilst may not change your views on Skoda certainly has the rescources to help you.
