Older Mercedes, particularly the MLs used to have a little black blanking grommit that actually pushed in to the key hole and hid the silver bit. Might be worth trying to find one of those. I think they're only on the passenger door though.

Cheers. Had 30% tints done today. Will post photos at some point. Need to get some pics first when its stopped raining!

Spent a wee while on the motor today.

Wahsing it and gave the polished lips a good scrub and clean, hard work.

Also a few other wee touches, red calipers, red front badge and key hole in the O/S handle now black! Debadged grill should be coming soon!

Will get some pics at the VAG Mega meet tomorrow.

It's the best badgeless grille I've seen (some of them look massive!). The wheels look nice, but I prefer the ones you've got on the car already.
